Background：

To fully improve the integrated data platform of energy information collection system, enable the energy information collection system to become a joint meter reading platform for the comprehensive public utilities, and enhance users’ participation in bidirectional interaction, the joint reading of water, electricity, gas, and heat meters will play a very important role in the development of the smart city in the future all over the world.
